On February 5^th, Catawba’s Wigwam Productions held a Stuff-a-Bear event for the students.

Along with the Stuff-A-Bear, the event also included the musical stylings of Catawba’s very own Derek Daisey.  Derek kept the crowd entertained with originals and cover songs while everyone waited in line to create their new cuddly friends. Students also enjoyed a cookie decorating station where they could top their cookies off with enough icing and sprinkles to give them a sugar rush.

Students had the choice of many different stuffed animals including monkeys, bears, frogs, eagles, and even rats. Altogether a total of 150 animals were stuffed, and everyone seemed very excited with their choices, especially the students who went home with their very own stuffed rat.
