Have you ever had one of those nights where you just felt like ordering in a pizza, but realized that you were flat out broke? Well, have no fear; there is a very simple solution to this predicament! Just make your own! This week I came up with a delicious way of making your own pizza without ever having to leave your dorm or having to spend those dollar bills.

I like to call this recipe the “Mexican Pizza”, and it is very simple to make. You can literally take stuff you have in your dorm fridge, and make this wonderful scrumptious meal in just minutes! Firstly, you will need two fat free tortillas, ¼ cup low fat mozzarella, ¼ cup of low fat cheddar cheese, ½ cup of salsa, and two tablespoons of low fat sour cream.

This should be enough to make at least one serving.  The first thing you need to do is layout one tortilla and spread it evenly with cheese. Next, you need to microwave that for at least thirty seconds, and than place a second tortilla over the first.

Microwave that again for at least 40 seconds. After that, mix the sour cream and salsa, and spread that over the top of the tortillas. Now you are ready to slice it up and eat it! Bon Appetite!
